11:11 isn't the only common-place phenomenon.

Other numbers have bloomed in internet searches as well. Ranging from 3:33 to 12:12 and 4:44 and 2:22 and 10:10 and many others. The numbers really do not mean anything, but because people seem to take coincidence and turn it into more than it is then it becomes an uncontrollable phenomenon that everybody relates to something mysterious.

I also see 11s so frequently (even without knowing of what it was) that I went one day to the internet to discover to my amazement that many other people were experiencing the same strange thing as me!
And please notice that I am a Biology (scientific mind), so I cannot explain this, it is crazy!!

It had a test-run, yes.
As for a full-scale test, I'm not completely sure, I haven't done much research on it simply because I've lost interest in it.

Do you also make note of other "time prompts"? Like 2:47?

Part of science is eliminating subjectivity. The whole 11:11 "phenomenon" is a case of observational selection, in my opinion. People tend to remember the "hits" and forget the "misses".

The frequency of the 11:11 time-prompts is increasing exponentially over the past several months for me. The start-up of the Large Hadron Collider has me worried; don't know why, but I feel like the LHC is to be feared.
