Godzilla is actually a metaphor for the US, from the Japanese post-WWII point of view, of course. It started the Kaiju genre (love combining two different, both foreign words into one phrase), of destructive giant monsters, though it slowly degenerated into a somewhat comic character.

Nibiru and Planet X seem to be two different things even to the Doomsday junkies. Nibiru had nothing to do with 2012, until it was highjacked by the cable TV crowd, who (I guess) just were too stupid to read Stichin's book. Planet X was Nancy Lieder's Thorazine hazy memory of watching the intro to "Thundarr the Barbarian", when she was babysitting.

Not sure if you've seen this particular Godzilla, but in one of the movies a planet-like object (much like the one described by doomsayers) is hurling toward Earth and Godzilla stops the object with his… Whatever that is that comes out of his mouth. Laser? Plasma?

Anyway, the point is that it's completely science fiction and slightly humorous that people actually try to validate claims of Nibiru without any factual evidence of any kind.

If an ant were that big it could just throw Nirbiru out of the sky, if both things existed.

The media is similar to a parasite, or a tape-worm, more like it.. They latch themselves onto you and simply suck you dry of any intelligence or sense of security by blowing everything out of proportion.

Unfortunately, the media runs through hype and stories that aren't always accurate. If something like a firefighter saving a cat from a tree happens it's nothing worthwhile to report. Although, weather reports and updates along with disasters are their best type of stories. It gains ratings, puts money in their wallet, and helps them sleep better at night.
