I'm not an expert, but this seems to be a contradictory in terms.

El-Nino is typically defined as an unusually temperature increase for something like 3 months and explained to be a result of a disruption in how cooler water warms and comes to the surface resulting in ocean temperatures into heating up.

La-Nina typically follows El-Nino, but it holds the opposite effect.

It was probably a typo, but it certainly seems strange to me.

In the past, our climate has always restabilized itself and it will do so again sometime in the future, but I really wouldn't say that it's anything to worry about and to be quite honest, the only attention that I ever give the "global warming" is not using more electric and such than I need because even though I'm really not worried about it, I still want to help make this big ball that we call home a bit more clean.

This is because of the ongoing, human-induced climate change, which IS a very real concern. But because we are actually doing this ourselves, then we can also provide solutions for it.

Also, didn't they predict an overly active season the past few years, after the New Orleans incident, and they weren't that bad? It worried me because I live on the East Coast and my husband works for the power company. It makes me think about 2012 because people have said that natural disasters will increase.
