No, we have a theory of evolution to explain that, and the study of abiogenesis (a much harder thing to investigate) has made some important strides in recent years toward explaining the possible origins of life in general. Sure, none of that logically precludes the existence of some creator deity, but invoking a creator deity (in logic) on the basis of ignorance or incredulity is a fallacy. Outside of logical argumentation, i.e. strictly for personal reasons, it's fine so long as one recognizes that doing so cannot comprise a valid argument. Beyond the logical shortcomings, inserting a god into an explanation really doesn't explain anything and is, more often than not, unfalsifiable.
