If this all gets dragged in to the hoax, its gonna reach a new level of stupidity.

Acid rain (usually sulphur rain) is, yes, an occurance, but the worst you're looking at is limescale erosion, so all I can say to people worried about that is, if you have particularly valuable garden statues, don't leave them outside in 24 hour downpours for 300 or so years xD

Apparently the theory is that the world's pollution will cause the natural cycle of rain to turn toxic, rather than just normal moisture, the theory ranges from toxic rain that gradually effects your health to acid rain.

I can't remember where I read, or even heard this, but I do remember that I've seen or heard the theory somewhere before, I thought that I would bring it up before someone else discovered it and became paranoid over it.
Sorry that I don't have a source, like I said, it was three or four years ago.
