1) The moon is rather like our planet.
2) The contents of the main asteroid belt do not contain enough mass to construct a planet.
3) The number of moons appears to be fairly hefty in the outer planets, simply because they are gas giants, with oodles of gravity.
4) There is no "Nibiru Theory", under the scientific usage of the word. You're familiar with that, right?
5) There was never a planet in the asteroid belt, there simply isn't enough mass there.
6) Calling your assertions "facts" doesn't make them facts.
7) Europa is thought to have oceans under its crust, because of the cracks in the crust. The heat is thought to come from the tidal distortion of Europa by the gravity of Jupiter.

You have not provided any positive evidence of a 3600 year cycle where a second system sweeps through ours. You have created this false dilemma where you think that your critiques of the existing model equate to support for your ideas. This isn't a fact. It's a claim. If it were a fact, that would mean our Sun is part of a binary system, and we would be able to identify the barycenter between the two stars. Gravity doesn't just magically deactivate because you introduce another body to the equation. On the contrary, you bring up a whole new set of problems for Nibiru believers.
