An incoming massive planet would have a speed of about 42 km/s. It never would have any time for the gravity to act on even the water. Maybe you should see a small ripple on to of the normal tides. And don't forget that Earth also moves at 30km/s!

Wrong. What does happen over a period 26,000 years is precession of the equinoxes, the "wobble" of Earth on its axis. The Solar System can never "align" with the Galactic Equator, because that equator runs through our Sun by definition. It is "on" it literally all the time.

Even the Mayans, who are only part of the equation accept a Huge Change in the Conscience of Man bought on by a period of 30-70 hrs of darkness….when we come out of this darkness the world would have changed….This is what they have always said but insist the world will not end!!!
