Yeah, you're right, and that explains the time stamp differences. I usually don't even look at beacon data, so I didn't immediately realize the time intervals matched those in the video. My bad.

So I guess I should revise my conclusion to: the crank video poster downloaded beacon data, had no idea what he was looking at, then claimed that NASA censored the images when the science data later replaced the files he downloaded.

Or is it another case of beacon data? The image looks like beacon data, whereas yours looks like science data, Juju. It's late and I'm tired or I'd check it out myself.

It's fake. The COR2 camera didn't take a shot at 13:09:35. It took a shot at 13:09:15. Whoever posted the video apparently changed the time stamp, doctored the image, then claimed NASA "censored" his imaginary UFO. The hoaxer is apparently ignorant of the fact that these cameras are on timers.

Correction: the images in the YouTube video are low-resolution beacon data. These are the images that first appear in the STEREO archive. When the high-resolution science data arrives later, it replaces the beacon data. The video poster downloaded the highly-compressed beacon data, then claimed that NASA censored his UFOs when the science data eventually replaced the images he downloaded.

As for what the anomaly is, I recommend taking a look at bikenbeer's link to the STEREO artifacts information. Specifically, have a look at this page, and note the very first example.

I do not believe what the video's author claims. I'm only interested in the pictures the video is showing.
I generally seperate such things. So what is it? I have no idea

An important lesson, Mario:

Do not believe in silly people.
If they found something in that image, fine! It doesn't mean it is an UFO. And when I saw "NASA HAS CENSORED THIS VIDEO" I started laughing at it.

This kind of video amuses me.
