Eh, I would. Calling any solar flare an "unusual event," especially this far past minimum, is to not understand the situation.

Regardless, the news anchor called solar flares an "unusual event". How does she get that from something that has been happening like everyday? Just kinda made me laugh a bit at how they say things like that.
