The HAARP is the magical fairy dust people sprinkle over ordinary situations to give it that nice conspiracy theory flavor. Need to explain the cause of a batch of severe storms? It was obviously the HAARP. Why was it particularly warmer than usual today? Those dastardly scientists at HAARP did it! Why was my toast burnt? CURSE YOU, HAARP!

I'm really tired of seeing that dude's videos. He didn't predict crap. I live in Arkansas, and meteorologists have been forecasting these storms for the past week. They didn't pop up out of nowhere because of some magical HAARP activity a couple of days ago.

He calls the storm system "unprecedented." Really? Maybe, if he's never seen a thunderstorm before. It's actually a pretty narrow band that is supposed to be clear by tomorrow morning, and this has been expected for at least a week.

Scalar waves? What? It's RADAR. It's showing concentrated moisture in the atmosphere, not arbitrary "energy beams" streaking across the country.

"HAARP rings" as this idiot describes do not exist. You see "rings" on radar displayes, because the radars in question have a range, and they spin in a circle. HAARP does not control the weather. There is no basis for claiming that civilian radar sites are working in conjunction with the government to do so. When you deal with these HAARP-ites, you will quite literally find yourself having to debate with someone's imagination.

This dutchsinse guy is almost as irritating as jcattera. I have never seen a video of his that was anything but pseudo-scientific stupidity. Like other popular woo artists, he has a devoted following of disciples to fawn over his bs, but nobody who actually has the slightest understanding of what he's talking about takes him seriously.

Just put two and two together here. Woo artist sees seven-day forecast calling for severe weather on Thursday night to Friday morning, decides blaming HAARP would make a great YouTube video. A few minutes later, his video is online, and the hysteria he revels in has begun anew.

Ignore that garbage.

it sounds so rediculous and silly and like nonsese

Sounds about right.

It's technically bad skepticism to do so, but HAARP is quickly placed on the "oh boy, here we go again" list - the list of subjects that you know proponents couldn't describe to you if they were allowed to use all the resources in the world to help them, the type of things they'll refer first and foremost to a YouTube video or to a blog post before a research paper, the list of buzz words to get a crazy theory across in the fastest possible time.
