To claim that comet alignments can cause earthquakes, no science is required. To someone "open-minded", nothing is impossible (even when it's really impossible). That's the problem with Mensur. He doesn't even test the claims to get the real empirical proof. :-)

Edit: he is against the Einstein's relativity theory. Hmm, perhaps I can change my opinion on this guy.

However, I didn't find any proof of this PhD.
Anyway, I am sure he is open-minded. His so-called "empirical proof" is not a proof, actually, because to me he didn't prove anything. I am still very sure that comets cannot cause earthquakes.
