According to National Geographic, the Mayan prediction on Tortuguero monument 6 says:

The thirteenth baktun will end on the day 4 Ajaw; 3 K’ank’in; Will occur the descent of the god Bolom Yokté.

That's it. That's what all the fuss is about, apparently.
