The most pernicious claim is that astronomers are being murdered to keep them from talking about Nibiru. As if an astronomer can't just get on the internet and write about it. They say Eugene Shoemaker was killed in a car crash in Australia under suspicious circumstances all the while ignoring that his wife was in the car at the time.

How on earth anybody could believe that all the governments of the world were somehow creating enough chemtrails worldwide, at all times, to block out a single planet is something I was having a difficult time understanding.

Hundreds of thousands, or maybe even millions of planes flying worldwide 24/7 to hide Nibiru from the entire world population, from every possible angle, including over the oceans to hide it from shipping and all the millions of people involved in it keeping quiet about it …

Every time that someone mentioned the bible, then I got this facepalm.
It was also an indication that his prediction would fail.

The constant claim that Nibiru was hiding behind the sun was bad. In all seriousness, just how long were we supposed to believe that a planet had parked itself behind the sun and was waiting until Dec 21, at which point I assume it would jump from a velocity of 0 kph to one that would place it either on or near Earth almost immediately.

Now that I think about it, all the predictions were on the high end of absurd.

You should take note of many of the people who were really suffering from the anxiety caused by these claims and by those who were militantly defending those claims. Those people suffering from anxiety came here and sought out help. They were given help and they were able to see, for the most part, how pathetic the predictions were. These sites serve the purpose of debunking and showing how asinine these predictions are. Pretending they are anything but absurd serves no purpose. I had too many people make threats to kill me over giving scientific reasons that the predictions made no sense for me to have any sympathy for those who made these predictions or for those who wanted them to be real. My sympathy is reserved for those who suffered because of these predictions, not for those who don't want to hear they were wrong so they come on here complaining about it.

2012Hoax's purpose was to save lives and to help people who were terrified have a normal life for the first time in years. You managed to get it done 'way beyond what anyone would have expected when you started 3 years ago. This petty, childish game of "I told you so" is unworthy of you all. Also gives a reason to question your motives in your new site you'll be directing people to. Will you be making that site to really help people, or to be able to feel superior and to keep on calling others "idiots" and "doomtards" etc?

Since all is this 2012's thing is over (i admit i was pretty scared and that this forum greatly helped me to relieve my anxiety), i propose that we elect the "best" crank's theory for 21/12/2012. So, in other words, what were in your mind the stupidiest and silliest 2012's thesis ?
