As an amateur astronomer, I would be very interested in having the coordinates for this object. Your post gives exactly zero information.
"During a time of pale moonlight"? What time of night? Why only during pale moonlight? What is it's apparent diameter? Does it appear 'star like' (a point source) or does it have a visible disk? I thought Nibiru was supposed to be close to the sun. What happened to that idea?
Failing to provide the information above pretty much assures that your object is either a figment of your imagination, or a hoax.

I spent quite a bit of time wandering the discussion groups, until I started to notice a pattern, which I am naming in honor of our friend Nero.
A "Nero" is the shill that starts one of these discussions. He usually posts wild, unsupported opinions, then:
1) Is never heard from again (Ghost Nero)
2) Comes back repeatedly and spews strange and unrelated assertions (Chronic Nero)

Nope, sorry… Nibiru is still imaginary and Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead.
It's really quite easy to prove, too, requiring a football field and some kindergartners.

They are planet …..You do know you can see planet some month of the year. Or some video or pick well the are sundogs or even lens flares……..
