Well. That was such a conglomeration of unrelated things that I hardly know where to start.
First, our public schools have always been under the government. That is nothing new. The thing that hurt our educational system the most was Bush's No Child Left Behind program. It was and is bad for education. That program set up standardized tests that schools have to teach the students to pass. If too few students pass these tests, the school loses funding. What that does is make the teachers concentrate only on what is on the test, so students miss out on learning many other things that they should be learning.
The clip of Peter Finch in the 1974 movie Network was pretty good. The movie was fiction, but I agree with what he was saying about television. It has contributed to the dumbing down of America.
The part about the U.S., Canada, and Mexico becoming one country was just plain silly. Each is a sovereign nation and there is nothing happening to change that. We do have the North American Free Trade Agreement, but that is just a trade agreement between countries. It has nothing to do with merging countries into one. That just isn't happening. The European Union isn't one country. It is composed of many individual countries and they aren't changing that. Adopting the Euro as their currency wasn't a bad thing. Every country in Europe had their own currency with its own value, which has been simplified by their adopting one currency that can be used by all of them. I hadn't heard of any plans to adopt one currency in North America, but I wouldn't consider it a disaster if we did at some point do that. I'll just have to look that up and see what I can find on real news sources, rather than from someone promoting a "One World Government" conspiracy agenda. Someday, in the far future, it might be possible to unite the world, but I don't see it happening in the forseeable future.
The "War on Terror" was the Bush administration promoting their own agenda. Bush pretended that Iraq was somehow connected to the 9/11 attacks so he could keep the US behind him, take Iraq's oil for Halliburton, and be re-elected in 2004. The good part is, he is out of office and we are trying to get out of his wars without allowing the Taliban or other terrorist groups to take over when we pull out.
So most of the video was just misleading BS and wild speculation with a couple of truths thrown in to lend it credibility. That's how good liars work. They take a couple of things that are known to be true so people will bilieve what they say, then throw in a bunch of garbage to further their own agenda.
The most convincing part of the whole video was a clip from an old movie.
