I found one that's kinda funny.

''The mayan's predicted that on dec 21 2012 we will enter the fifth demension, we can be sure that this will happen it have been confirmed by new age scientists''

I found it on yahoo answers. It's crazy how people can come up with there own stupid B.S theorys.

NOTE: No one sould be afraid because this is not confirem by any real scientist and we all know that the mayans did'nt say anything about 2012.

This one amused me;

On that special day, Dec 21/12 we be intersecting with the galactic equator, and also at the same time aligning with the center of the galaxy where there is maximum mass…..which means more gravity. More gravity means more influence from our Sun. That means increases in solar disruptions ….. all happening on that special day.
So as I see it, the universe is prime for solar flares and the Mayans somehow knew about these things.

This quote appears to come from what I call the "pizza" website: http://www.viewzone.com/endtime.html (scroll about halfway down the page). This site likens the Milky Way to a giant pizza and claims that the solar system will be breaking through the crust on 21st December 2012, when we will be able to see what's on the other side for the first time. Quite ludicrous!
It never ceases to amaze me what you get when you combine a doomsday mentality, chinese whispers and a total lack of scientific knowledge.

This is another from the hilarious 2012 forum, it was posted a few month ago in a discussion about the possibility of Earth being hollow (I kid you not)
It is a great example of the kind of people who really believe and promote in the 2012 doomsday scenario;

Well you know what if there is a hole why cant i see the Aurora Borealis because we are 2010 and we are not dumb…….Aurora Borealis happen when the sun has an a SUN FLARE that what cause them nothing more….
