Hi I was watching a show called Conspirocy Theory and they had an episode about 2012 and Jesse Ventura had interviews with people that said that this was real and I'm starting to get really scared again please help me I have Anxiety and I think about this everyday.
Dont get scared. I watched it too. Underground bunkers have been around since the 50's. AND the Cheyanne
complex in colorado, is NORAD. It is a government facility. They know no more about what is going to
happen in 2012 than we do. All that happened last night is TRU TV got alot of rating and made alot of money.
I would like to hear other opinions from other people on this site. So lets see what they have to say.
Hi Josh;
Ventura is just the latest in a long string of people who are making money off of this.
Whatever Ventura says, just remember: He's getting money to host this show. The show depends on ratings. The ratings depend on people watching. One sure way to get people to watch your show is to hint at sinister plots, and do a fake Exposé.
They claim that the government is building bunkers for 2012, and their evidence consists of a statement from a man who specializes in building 2012 bunkers. He wouldn't get much business if he said "this is all BS and a waste of money" now would he?
There's a bunker in the "southwest" desert with an airstrip… (dum-dum-dummmmm). They saw it on google earth, and drove out there. Did you listen to the guard? He said that Ventura's "investigator" would need permission from Northrup security. Who is Northrup? They build planes, some of them fighter jets. Oh, well, there's why there's an airstrip, and an underground hanger.
(sigh)
I'll have more to say when I've watched the whole thing, but my BS-o-meter exploded, and it will take me a while to rebuild it.
I don't live in the US, so I had to download it and I have to say it was a waste of bandwidth.
We saw the usual 2012 conspiracy theorists trotting out their tired old nonsense, Lawrence Joseph, Jay Weidner and even the Belgian fruitcake Patrick Geryl on his webcam. He was described as a "Belgian astronomer" (don't make me laugh). There was no sign of any scientist.
Someone I hadn't heard of before was Jim Higgins, billed as Conspiracy Researcher (not a promising title). He said NASA had reported that "in about 2 years the Sun is going to go through a very unusual series of solar flares." That is a lie, but lying is commonplace on this type of show.
It ended up at the new Denver Airport and we were told that hidden meanings in the baggage claim area wall murals and some building works around the airport all pointed to the construction of a secret government bunker for 2012 under the airport.
Yeah, right.
So there's nothing new here and as I've said before, the government aren't going to waste vast sums of money on the basis of what crackpots, weirdos and conspiracy theorists say. They will take notice of what real scientists say and what they say is that nothing's going to happen in 2012.
