The 112th Pope, 2012

I think this site is great, it really does a great job in showing us why these theories are false!
One thing I was looking for in the contents which I couldn't find was the theory on the 112th pope being Peter the Roman.
I'd like to see you counteract this theory too if you could!
You've probably heard but many people are saying he will
bring the destruction of Rome and will deceive us all and
it has now also been jumbled in with 21st December 2012, surprise right? Pfft :P
Any suggestions on how this rumour started?
