2012 Awakening

Hey guys,

Those of us that are as I love to put it are "down with 2012 theory" see 2012 and the Dec 21 date in particular as a clear sign post greatly midstream of the extraordinary planetary transition well under way.

A distillation of 2012 theory, search online yourself, is that it marks a turning point of healing, awakening and empowerment on this planet. We see what we look at, seems obvious though I'll show you what I mean. If you google for 2012 doomsday or endtimes or such, that's what you are going to find. If you google generically and simply for "2012", there is a beautiful breadth and depth of theory, with not one perspective being solely accurate but apparently all true in some proportion. As I understand it, "doomsday" information is disinformation - the false tip of the iceberg as I love to put it in this case. Many people recognize accurately the fallaciousness and fail to look a little deeper to realize the breadth and depth of 2012 theory. While earth change cataclysms of some degree are part of some 2012 theory, they are peripheral to the transition occurring. There are so many perspectives that corroborate the awakening position, here are two.

Picean to Aquarian transition. I am not well versed in western astrology, nonetheless I am confident that I have a grasp of what I am referring to here. 2000 year cycles each, Picean age characterized by power structures of dominance, Aquarian age characterized in that sense by empowerment. It is said to be a 50 year transitional window to the Aquarian age. This New Age (2nd corroboration) is said to be characterized by peace, love and harmony (sounds like the the 60's ya? perhaps you now see where this is going), further characterized by compassion, understanding, increased cosmological and inner (powers!) understanding. It is said that many people old and young of the 60's were on the cusp of this New Age, ones that saw the disfunction of the planet (greed, war, profit before life etc) and the reality of an answer - Love. It occurred to me (inspiration shared with me, from wherever that comes from, whether our spirit guides or pure Inner Guidance or another benevolent sourceh, as I understand, though you may well see this as a belief), almost a year back that if you add 50 years to the 60's you pretty much get 2012.

New Age theory dovetails nicely as well, as already implied above. Aside from amazing teachings of our spiritual/paranormal powers (3rd eye, seeing and reading chakras, psychic abilities, communication with spirit guides, reincarnation and more) New Age for those not familiar with it at it's core is in these two words, that we are about to make a planetary evolutionary leap.

2012 awakening and transition theory is quite robust and manifoldly perspected. A portal into some of it is my website www.2012iscomingtour.com . Yo guys, I'm an original musician and event organizer and more, I've got a rather soulfully ambitious plan to and through 2012 and throughout, I need you! Now it needs startup! Through, it will need sustenance and beyond, tending for what it grows. Truly, it is for the planet and beyond. Early on to my exposure (about 13 years ago) to the plethora of end times prophecy and philosophy that seemed to be pointing to our age and unfolding around us (ever more clearly at present! - global financial collapse, one world government etc), after being scared for a few months, it dawned upon me that all of it could be reinterpreted as the change times.

It's often mentioned that people of a skeptical orientation have an aggressive, belittling and or name calling attitude.

That was free form writing and thought, especially created for this wonderful website, though one with a narrow view. No spam here, though I know that inside you, beyond any of your egoic presumptions, you knew that already. Indeed much support was included in my posting, though but two robust perspectives out of many, sadly you have offered none to support yours. As what may turn into a colloquial saying goes (not started by me, happy to carry it forward) and I paraphrase, belief or lack there of is not a valid argument.

Be well, be wise. If you do not love what you say or do (are you angry for example) then your action is not of any depth, true.

Where are these "robust perspectives" you refer to? I see only smarmy nonsense and b.s. I've typed thousands of words on this forum alone in support of my own perspective. You know, we typically ignore this kind of stuff, because it is not likely to cause fear and panic among children and teens. More like amusement and derisive laughter.

However, since you plastered your website here not once, but twice, I took a look.

My reaction is "What the heck?" I've seen more incoherent sites, but not many. Basically it appears to be an advert for your services as a musician, plus a lot of begging for money, and a very ambitious "touring" schedule for someone who says that they live in a van at school in Vancouver BC, and is "broke as stink".

Your claims regarding 2012 are familiar new-age drivel regarding "growth of a new, benevolent planetary society and biosphere." Sounds a lot like Jose Arguelles, and with just as much evidence… i.e., none.

But, whatever. Have fun doing your world tours. I don't care, really, as long as you're not selling fear along the way. I think you're delusional, but in a harmless, amusing kind of way.

What fun to have made your hostile acquaintances. I knew I would draw some heat from people in here, and contrary to he who refers to himself as great in guruness ( and I paraphrase of course), it does not bother me that you have not responded with any theory of your own.

Though you may not be used to it, I'm not into argument, I'm into discussion. I don't have to change anybodies perspective. Should anybody feel the calm desire to share with me new perspective, I'd be interested in engaging it. So far that hasn't occurred Jose Arguelles might interest me though.

That this planet is in the midst of a great transition is clear to me, I've experienced mountains of evidence, I can see it, taste it touch it feel it and love it! I don't hope or believe, it I understand it. Not here to debate it though, simply thought I'd shine in my light and see what it revealed.

Would you show me some of the evidence that you saw, tasted, touched, felt, and loved? Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with believing in something. But to make other people believe you, some evidence would have to be brought onto the table.

That you and some few others on this site think that by debunking doomsday, which is apparently a commonly western, Christianity based armageddon misinterpretation applied to the hearing of the end of a great cycle. That another cycle begins in this case, seems lost to observation. As I mentioned in my original article, created especially for the debunkers on this site and any open minded visitors that wander in or whomever, there are so many perspectives to corroborate the 2012 awakening and or transition understanding.

Either you didn't read the article or you don't know the meaning of incoherence. Cohere means to hold together, I'll pass on getting into epistemological theories of truth, interesting though they are, the coherence theory being one of them. My point being that, our perspective is that 2012 marks a great transition whether you "believe" that position or not and with an utter concreteness of logic (a tool with limited - use pretty much just debates yaaawn) holds together with the two corroborating perspectives that I chose to draw from. One that of Picean to Aquarian age transition (as I originally characterized if any want to (re)read this above) and with a said 50 year transitional window from the 60's. The second, a general characterization of New Age (for brevity) that we are about to make/ in the midst of making an evolutionary leap. Your references to incoherence are unfounded and as far as I can tell as baseless and lacking substance as your other criticisms of my and perhaps many other daring souls willing to enter a voice hear apart from your seemed collective perspective bashing.

So, with all due respect, do you plan on debating everybody that is helping to build the new world that there is no new world to build, telling them that the old world isn't fading away, or are you going to pitch in and help?

I'm not going to help you lie or spread delusions, no. However, if it makes you feel better, I do agree with Astrogeek in that your breed of delusion tends to be far less harmful to others than those propagated by hysterical doomsayers.
