Very good question in deed..it seems that these people, like that Pandora person in another thread, just want to make a scene. Perhaps they, themselves have been questioning their validity and/or faith and the true argument lies within themselves and therefore feel the need to start an argument here! That's why they feel the need to post their rants on here..if they truly believe that 2012 will bring the end of the world, why boast about it on here..if we choose to believe everything this site posts, then that's our decision, who are they to put their two cents in and tell us that we are wrong. They believe the world going to end, we do not..are we bashing their beliefs..apparently not until they start with their bashes on here. It's a total crock of sh*t. I'm 28 and granted I am not a child or adolescent that sparked concern for beginning this website, I am still very much concerned and this website has put me at ease, and I cannot thank you enough for that.
I admit, when I first started reading on this site a few days ago, I wanted so badly to cling to anything that told me the world wasn't going to end in 2012 but I had my reservations. The more I read and re-read and researched, and the viewed the links that everyone's provided for me in their responses, I gained respect and trust in the references! It's all black and white! And even though many of the things discussed debunk a doomsday scenario, there are still real possible consequences associated with all topics mentioned (i.e. long term communication damage as a result of solar activity) and they are all listed here! So, thank you!!!!!
