I don't think that there is anything at all to worry about, I'm just curious why Pentagon don't know what it is. As I see it there are two alternatives; either it's a ICBM/private rocket or something like that or it's an ordinary jet contrail. I would assume that they know of rockets being launched (even private ones), as they say they didn't have anything scheduled for that day. If it's the latter, a contrail, it would be easy to get a timestamp on the video and see if there was any commercial or military jets that could have caused the contrails at that time.
That being said, I'm getting a bit tired of the constant contrail explanation, especially when the video shows a the tell-tale signs of a high altitude rocket (spiral contrail and quite regular path). Even though the object changes path at one or more occassions I don't think that is sufficient to rule out a rocket, the new generation of ICBM's and other rockets are quite capable of adjusting path in-flight so I think that there is still a quite a high possibility that the rocket scenario is correct.
