Matrixism? Srsly?
I mean I've got the DVDs, I've got the graphic novels, I've got the script, the Art of, some philosophy books that cashed in on the cult following the films had, I was even a prominent poster on one of the largest Matrix Fan messages boards… but I nor anyone else who is interested in the Matrix I know are mad enough to base a darned religion off of them - and one that claims 16,000 followers and has the abrogation of professional sports as a religious law no less. Ridiculous.
I was over at MatrixFans.Net for something like 4 years, for at least two of which 'Matrixism' was supposedly established. At no point did I see a thread concerning Matrixism and the practices therein. Indeed, the idea was to discuss which religions the Matrix was influenced by, not to make a new one.
So that's what I think of just one section of that link. Nonsense. Well, maybe that's what I think about Matrixism rather than the link. But I'll stick with nonsense anyway, until proven otherwise.

Actually Jediism is taught at the Grey School of Wizardry in the Wizard department. It is a branch of Wizardry. I never heard of Matrixism but I have encountered people who have made up religions or have started their own. Happens all the time in the Neo-Pagan community. For example, The Church of All Worlds is based on Heinlein's book: Stranger in a Strange Land.

That's written as an in-universe novel as in it's written to make it seem like it's really in the Star Wars universe. Part of the canon really.
