anybody have any body piercings or tattoos?

I have my belly button pierced and 9 tattoos. I had my tongue pierced on Saturday but took it out on Tuesday because I read an article saying you could suffer from brain abscess, blood poisoning, endocarditis or blood clots from it. I also made the mistake of reading a couple articles about 3 people who died from a couple of those things after getting their tongues pierced. I think 2 of them were from the UK. Freaked me out….BAD. I tend to be a worrier. :)
