I'm providing (via Google Docs) the original PowerPoint files from which the videos were made. I'm making them available to the public, for non-commercial use, and may be modified after downloading. When I viewed one of the files on line at Google there were a few problems with the graphics, but everything was fine when I downloaded that file and opened it in PowerPoint.
