Hi everybody.
I am thinking about doing it myself, as I think it will be the best thing for me to steady my mind, however it would be nice if I could get some tips and guidance from peple along the way, the thought that you have to relax your mind is a pretty scary one at least for me because a the present moment it never stops its working 24/7 all year round I think that is why I have problems sleeping and such things.
