So I didn't take my anxiety medicine for a day to adjust the time I take it at. That is all good and dandy. Of course my bad decision making skills when feeling anxious led me to looking up conspiracy theories. I have been sitting here reading everything from 9/11 stuff to FEMA camps. As if all the hysteria over the "natural disasters" isn't enough, you got a lot of conspiracy stuff out there. This FEMA camp, NWO stuff has been around for a LONG time I see. I don't know, but tonight I am reverting back to worrying about all this stuff. All this stuff defies any kind of logic, yet I get sucked into it because it is scary. There are even claims that some shows predicted 9/11.
This from the show "The Lone Gunmen" -
"One retrospectively interesting aspect of this pilot episode is that the airliner has been hijacked (via remote control of the plane's autopilot) and, by the end, both Byers and his father have boarded the plane to try to stop the hijacking. Through the aid of the other Gunmen, they are able to regain control of the plane and just miss crashing into the World Trade Center with the airliner. This, of course, was before the actual 9/11 attack against the World Trade Center later that year. Similar to actual conspiracy theories posited about the events of 9/11, the episode's plot indicates that the hijacking was committed as an act of voracity by a greedy American arms manufacturer to ultimately increase its weapons sales by invoking U.S. retaliation against a scapegoated anti-American extremist dictator"
They even say the Simpsons predicted it. -

I'm sure there are many other conspiracy theories relating to pretty much anything that has ever happened, but yeah. It is so easy to get sucked into this stuff. The FEMA camps.. I mean it's scary. Then you got movies like "Knowing" and the obvious ones like "2012". There was a thing about Knowing showing a part of the movie about a fire/explosion on an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico. Of course they said that was a prediction of the BP spill, even though no oil spill happened in the movie and evidently the fire/explosion didn't kill anybody in the movie. Most people look at a movie like Knowing and they don't know if a CME like in the movie is possible to do what it did in the movie, and that scares them, or if the flooding, earthquakes etc. like in 2012 is possible and that also scares them.
I even came across this about the Hopi.
From: http://www.crystalinks.com/hopi2.html
"This is the First Sign: We are told of the coming of the white-skinned men, like Pahana, but not living like Pahana men who took the land that was not theirs. And men who struck their enemies with thunder.
"This is the Second Sign: Our lands will see the coming of spinning wheels filled with voices. In his youth, my father saw this prophecy come true with his eyes — the white men bringing their families in wagons across the prairies."
"This is the Third Sign: A strange beast like a buffalo but with great long horns, will overrun the land in large numbers. These White Feather saw with his eyes — the coming of the white men's cattle."
"This is the Fourth Sign: The land will be crossed by snakes of iron."
"This is the Fifth Sign: The land shall be criss-crossed by a giant spider's web."
"This is the Sixth sign: The land shall be criss-crossed with rivers of stone that make pictures in the sun."
"This is the Seventh Sign: You will hear of the sea turning black, and many living things dying because of it."
"This is the Eight Sign: You will see many youth, who wear their hair long like my people, come and join the tribal nations, to learn their ways and wisdom.
"And this is the Ninth and Last Sign: You will hear of a dwelling-place in the heavens, above the earth, that shall fall with a great crash. It will appear as a blue star. Very soon after this, the ceremonies of my people will cease."
