If you've never checked the comments section for an article on Yahoo News, then you're a lucky soul indeed. From my experience with Yahoo, I can safely say that the people who comment on their articles are the biggest collection of right-wing nuts, left-wing nuts, conspiracy theorists, doomsayers, and trolls I've ever seen. Look at the comments for almost any article and see how long before it takes someone to mention Obama, the end of the world, or the NWO. God help you if you read an article that's even remotely political. If you believed what people said on articles, then you'd think that Obama/CIA/Mossad/Muslims/Aliens were behind everything that's ever happened. I know these kind of people exist, but why Yahoo of all places? What makes this otherwise decent website their gathering place for conspiracies lacking any basis in fact and irrational hate?
