Thank you so much for what you are doing.

I found my way to this site in the middle of some frantic search for information as my mind was being led astray by several woo artists (most significantly to me, "Kyle2012, et al."). You are all doing such a great thing here and even though I am just beginning to learn about the most often discussed topics on these forums, I hope to be able to contribute positively from here forward.

I was going to plan a whole long speech/introduction, but I believe that this post will suffice. I simply wanted to send out a very sincere and enthusiastic "thank you" to all of you here at 2012hoax.org.

Keep up the phenomenal work.

You're very welcome, and thank you for your kind words. Every time we hear from someone we have helped, it gives us a big boost.
Our most commonly discussed topics seem to be whatever has been on the news, and the 2012 believers interpret everything as a sign of 2012. We also discuss the whole spectrum of 2012 claims. Recently, Patrick Geryl and his nonsense predictions have been a very common topic.
Welcome to the site and jump right in whenever you see a topic you want to join in on.

You all deserve more than just a thanks. I wish I had the financial means to contribute to the site, but I'm lucky to afford textbooks most semesters. I am, however, a freelance graphic designer and would be more than willing to provide my services to you free of charge. So if the need ever arises, be sure to contact me.

While we all know the 2012ers are not likely to cease and desist on 1/1/2013, I hope that history will hold this website as one of the only beacons for truth in a digital sea of for-profit/loony-bin fearmongering sites.

That's a very nice thought, but we don't ask for or take money. We just want to get the truth about the 2012 hoax out there. The offer of help with graphic design would be great. I'm not sure what we might need in that department. I did notice the other day that the photo of Nancy Lieder was no longer there. I haven't asked about it or checked to see if it's still gone. Still, something that would be cool is to have a graphic of one of her more ridiculous aliens. They are all described on the page about her. If you'd be interested in doing that, it would be great. Astrogeek might have some ideas on graphics needed.

Edit: Oh, I see Nancy's photo is back. Of course that wouldn't keep us from adding something like her "chicken man" or whichever one strikes your fancy.

Generally the pictures in the pages reside on different websites, so (for example) the picture on the Nancy Lieder page might come from Nancy Lieder's site, and the picture of Marshall Masters resides on his site. This is done to help avoid copyright issues.

HA! I just looked at the links Bill provided. High comedy! Hope she doesn't quit her day job…whatever it is.

My specialty is branding work, so any sort of logo or main-page graphic type stuff you need I could provide. Just something to put out there for ya'll to think about, and if the need arises you all can get in contact with me and I'll be happy to provide my services.
