I was reading the pages on the website and i thought this one good, but here is my sugestion. U need to debunk "Hall of Records" claim, because it is one of the doom-claims made by Patrick Geryl.

Did you guys read the link the OP posted? I've seen the page before, but when I read it before I was scared to death of it. Now I can't help but think Patrick is really not all there. When he goes off about what is needed to be able to predict sunspots, I almost had to smile a bit.

Also, if he knew Atlantis was under the south pole 17 years ago, why didn't he just discover it? Theres his billions of dollars.

Or hell, even easier way to get money. Make up a completely fake business with a great business plan, go to a large bank, and find out a way to get a huge loan with extremely high interest that you don't have to pay back until 2013. When you have a decade to it, I would say thats fairly simple.

Yea man,

I don't think he's firing on all cylinders. He stated that the Hall of Records excavations needed to be stopped, partly because of the cost of pumping(I'm also sure Hawass wasn't having it). But if there were indeed artifacts under Hawara, he'd be a millionaire. Too bad for him that many Egyptologists before him had the same idea. It was hardly his own like he seems to lead people to believe.

So he tried to excavate? And how does he know something is there? How did he come up with the technology to find something where he said it was?

He used "Ground Penetrating Radar" to "prove" it was there. Too bad for him that anyone with a little bit of GPR knowledge knows that there would be no way to know the size of a foundation if it was an actual thick stone structure. The GPR wouldn't be able to penetrate it.

I'm just speculating here, but my guess is that Louis de Cordier is using Patrick to get big money investors to sign a "donation" release. After the big day passes and nothing happens, Cordier will use the money for an attempted excavation and take the "fruit of his labor."

But hey, it's just speculation.

Good old Patrick. What a lunatic. An incredibly insane individual who believes he's the most intelligent guy in the world. There comes a point when you have to put a blanket round this guy and take him to the nearest asylum. How he's managed to avoid being sectioned is amazing. "oh, that thing in Egypt people have been searching out for thousands of years, yeah I found it, Atlantis? Oh please I know where it is. Dresden codex? That thing scholars are puzzling over, I decoded it. Solar flares? Those things that the worlds greatest scientists can't predict? I figured it out. I can predict it!!!!! For I am Patrick geryl, I make superman look weak and einstien look stupid. All will bow before me, drink fruit juice and marvel at my god like powers!!!! Oh, and a few thousand dollars would be nice as well".

I think Geryl is funnier than clowns… but, wait a second, he is a clown. He makes me laugh.
Sadly, other people can't laugh at him, because "he seems to be so convincing". Convincing is not enough when you research a bit more. ;-)

Thats another thing. I wasn't under the impression that there was anything to "decode" in the dresden codex. I thought it was pretty well understood by Maya scholars, no?

I imagine they have a good deal of knowledge through their decades of study of it. PG is a "johnny come lately" to it when you think about it.

I think it is, but I am Patrick geryl, they have it all wrong, only I have decoded it and only I am right!!!!!!!! Yeah but seriously it must be pretty galling to be a Mayan scholar or Egyptologist and have this little creep gaining fame and notoriety for complete bullsh*t about cultures they have put a lifes work into.

I don't know how it can be decoded. It has been 80% translated. Heck some of it is illegible to my understanding.
