Hey i was just on Jcattera youtube channel and he linked a UGSG Earthquake seismic activity website and he said if you see all black that means not good and if you look http://aslwww.cr.usgs.gov/Seismic_Data/heli2.shtml everything is black

Don't ever trust Jcattera.
First, he needs to be more specific. There are a hundred of plots (earthquake data of an specific location) in that page. It's not good if which plot is black? All of them? Because there are white plots as well.
Second, he is not a geologist, so he can't understand anything about those plots. I can't either and I doubt any geologist would say that if a plot is black it's not good.
Third, I am not sure, but I think black plots are quite normal. It's like saying "if you see the sky, that means not good".

Jcattera also has videos on Nibiru… don't watch them.

I think the black dots are just noise.
But you see the thin lines in the graphs up and this represents the Earth quake that already flattened out after a couple of hours.

The graphs are interesting

This one is from Japan, you can clearly see the Quakes as the thin lines that is from left to right bin bands on one hour.

So the graph starts at at 21:00:00 and the right side is 21:59:59 and you notice the small light between the black and white dots.
The next line is between 22:00:00 and ends at the right at 22:59:59. Around 05:00:00 the quakes flattens out.

Now look at Hawaii where the rumble starts around 00:40:00 but is already flattened out in about one hour.
