Hello~ Guys im so happy i found this page as it makes me feel better by so much and my daughter is only 10 years old and she is crying everynight about that stupid HOAX but still i am so worried no matter what.. my little daughter even SAID that she wants to commit suicide!! I am trying to explain this to her and so far its getting better. i really really really need more reasons for why it is NOT going to end!

i know how you feel iv been feeling and dealing with the same issue
and i have a 4 month old baby girl…
im so worried all the time and i also have anxiety
i hope this whole thing is one big hoax and that all these earthquakes are not a sign as some say.
your little daughter needs you strong now if she sees you panicking she will think she has a good reason to panic as well if her mom and dad are.
the reasons why the world wont end are all here in this web site,

I'm glad you found us too. It is horrible that a 10 year old child is contemplating suicide. In addition to explaining to her that the 2012 nonsense is a hoax, you should consider getting counseling for her.
The primary reason that the world isn't going to end in 2012 is that there is absolutely nothing to cause it to end. All the claims about 2012 have been made up by people who don't know enough about science to know that they are impossible. They are doing it to sell books, DVDs, and whatever they can think of to sell. There is not a scientist on the planet who supports any of the 2012 scenarios. You should check out the list of claims and those making the claims on the menu at the left. Read about the things that have you and your daughter concerned and ask about anything you need more clarification on.
By the way, the main proponents of the 2012 hoax already have already had a few failed doomsdays. When their date comes and goes, they just change the dates and are back in business. Come back and ask anything you need to and keep us posted on your daughter's progress. We'll be here for you.

If your daughter is threatening suicide, you need to take her to the doctor. No ifs, ands or buts about it.

As for why 2012 doom claims are ridiculous, the menu to your left covers just about all of them. If something isn't covered, just ask, and we'll do what we can.

Hello, Lisa. JuJu is right about this; If your daughter is thinking about suicide then it's urgent that you take her to a professional psychiatrist. You may be a mother and as a parent, you may expect yourself to have all of the answers, but there are times that you will need the help of a professional.

Sit your daughter down with you at the computer, read these pages to her and explain to her what they mean, comfort her and be there for her. As the parent, you have to keep your head straight so that you can lead your daughter in the right direction.

If your attempts fault, please consider taking her to a professional.
