It looks like everything in the video is true.
30 seconds in and it appears it isn't - perhaps not the best of starts for this video then.
In case you're wondering, IRAS found lots of things, none of them turned out to be planets, nor did any of them turn out to be in our solar system or heading for our solar system, and yet still, nearly 30 years later, people are using this as a foundation to their claims for all things nonsense.
Edit: If you want specifics of that video explained though, do say so. I think it's one that gets passed around, I've seen it in a few places, but it's so wrong the time I spend watching it gets shorter and shorter.
What is IRAS?
Thanks for the explanation. I'm a yellow. ;)
The Infrared Astronomical Satellite, or a shameless plug to my now aging video talking about the claims that appear everywhere, including in the link you posted.
Why did you delete Peplo's post?
I suspected the same thing as you, because the post did sound like spam. I changed my mind a bit upon seeing the same user post a question in another thread. I believe they may have copied and pasted it off of youtube after seeing it and hoped it would get an answer by doing that. I could be wrong obviously, just what I thought.

That was what I thought too.
