"Note that 2012 is at the center of all time frames by no more than only plus or minus 2 years.
He pretty much debunks himself, and his select events are chosen specifically because he can roughly make the arithmetic work out. This is just another episode of the Play With Numbers Until You Get Something You Like Game.
If you actually check some of his math, you'll find the typical creative rounding that is so common with this type of crap. By ignoring standard conventions in math, you can come up with just about anything. For example, the author claims, "World trade collapsed 1260 + 1290 (2550 days), and also 1260 + 1290 + 7 (2557 days) days, after the collapse of the World Trade Center. ("2557 days" is our modern seven-year period of 365.25 days in a year.)" Of course, this is utterly wrong, because 2557 / 7 = 365.2857, or if you round properly, 365.29.
Additionally, there was a recession, yes, but the "economic collapse" this guy keeps referring to seems to be a product of his imagination.
This is mystical crap. Ignore it. Better yet, don't go looking for it in the first place.
