The thing about anxiety is that you're so scared you keep wanting to read up on things to try and convince yourself either way.
I'm 17 and had suffered with anxiety since I was 12 until I was 16. If I wasn't worrying about the LHC i was worrying about global warming or 2012. I honestly know how you're feeling.
The thing is, you have to accept that the unknown is exactly that, the unknown. Nobody can know whats going to happen in the future, if you worry about everything that could harm you, you'd have a panic attack every time you left your home. You have to realise that people on this quack sites know no better than you do.
I educated myself, I was scared about global warming and so I decided to study geography to learn about it. The only way you can get over axiety is by learning what you are afraid of and staying away from things that push that fear.
Now I am an A grade student majoring in geography. I plan to go into work in meteorology - specifically natural disasters.
