I don't have anything scientific to add—But if it makes you feel any better, Awesomeee, if it was anything that was even remotely close to holding a candle to being serious, I'm sure these guys would have been all over it by now!

Anyhoo… It seems by this wiki article, they have it figured it will be close (as far as comets go) but it won't hit:

People will say anything on ATS. He's either lying or simply wrong. That comet has been known and tracked since the 1940s. It can't hit Earth.

2011 is the closest approach listed. But if you look at the nominal, minimum and maximum distances, you'll find that the error in its position is +/-120 km out of a distance of 9 million km. Since it's been studied since 1947, its path is well known.

Yes, in 1910, people were afraid Halley was going to hit us. There was also a scare about passing through its tail because there was a very small amount of cyanide in the tail. We did pass through its tail, but it had no effect on us.

It's expected to be too faint to be seen with the naked eye, but ought to be visible in binoculars: http://www.aerith.net/comet/catalog/0045P/2011.html
