He probably should have ended his prediction at "there will be an Earthquake tomorrow" - he'd at least be right, what with thousands worldwide each and every day. But noooo, he had to specify a location and presumably a magnitude. I wonder if all this digging-a-hole he's doing for himself will start something rumbling…

If you sum all the gravitational forces of every planet in the Solar System, the Moon still exerts a far greater affect. If you aren't troubled by the Moon tugging at the tides, you've no reason to be troubled at any or every other planet, alone or all together, aligned or randomly scattered.
