Summary:

I found this some guy claiming to destroy the world by tsunamis and all that sounds like B.S. and he sounds like a crack pot and should be locked up in prison for making threats at the end do any of you have opinions on it too?

This guy appears to be crazy.
And I want someone that understands Russian enough to check if the subtitles matches what he says.
The Russian language I know is very basic.

Using the word "HAARP" in a sentence or YouTube clip to explain a conspiracy is one of the 100% fail-safe tests that the person using that sentence or youtube clip is purely mental unstable.

To have a sense of how stupid you sound like when using the word haarp in a conspiracy, just replace the word "haarp" with "pink rabbit". This is how it sounds to people that actually are knowledgeable in physics.

"Haarp caused the tsunami" would sound like "The pink rabbit caused the tsunami"

People will laugh at you big time!
