Dear Astrogeek,
I know this website is about 2012 but religious people come here asking questions because it is the only site they know where they can post them. I know Awesomeee and them try to cope them but there is only so much they can do before it is truly off topic for this website. If you could direct them to a different website, or create a secular thread inside this on, like the harold camping one but bigger, you would get less conflict about your 2012 and religion problem.
It is only a thought
