so needless to say I have been feeling a bit of anxiety again recently, so that adds to my insomnia.
The vicious cycle, more anxiety, less sleep, less sleep, more anxiety. I used to find herbal over the counter sleeping pills helped with that diesel, also try exercising, walking or jogging. Alternatively find a really boring book and read it, I'm not kidding, that really worked for me. I'm sure you already know this but sleep is a must when trying to cope with anxiety.
It's none of my business and I hope you don't take offence but maybe trying to slowly stop your medication is a good idea. I always worried about the "you might become reliant on the meds" so I always avoided medication.
