I ran across this video on you tube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hxcd4EtcUI0 It is a interview of Leonid Elenin.This video pretty much shows the photo and the man being interviewed are not the same person. I've seen only one photo of Mr.Elenin,the same one on your web site.Do you have any info or links about him,better yet any other photos of him.Most every thing on the web about him leads to doomsday nonsense. I do not believe in this nibiru,brown dwarf,elenin not a comet hogwash at all.I am just doing research to help out other people who believe in this crap see it for what it is.

You don't need this to debunk the 2012 hoax of comet Elenin.
Except for the discovering, the discoverer is not important.
We are talking about a tiny comet that is going to miss Earth by about 1/3rd the distance Earth Sun.

I agree with you about comet elenin. I am not worried about it at all.I often refer people to check out your you tube channel.There is a lot of disinformation out there about Leonid Elenin. I am just looking for a way to show people that he is real.Quite a lot of people don't think he is,and the two videos that I have seen like the one in my post doesn't help matters.

Obaeyens is absolutely 100% right. He has many many pictures in the Comet Elenin thread, and has been following it for a long time.

If you are still concerned about the claims about Leonid Elenin himself, I did a ton of research about that yesterday and wrote a long post on the last page of the 'Comet Elenin' thread. It is near the bottom!

I agree 100% with Obaeyens. I actually refer people to his photos and his May 20th video of elenin that he has on you tube.I am not saying I disagree with Leonid Elenin,I have just have had that video/picture issue thrown in my face more than once while debunking the crap that is out there.

Can you point out to me where exactly the fantastical allegation in that three-minute video is actually shown to be true? Because I ain't seeing anything but diarrhea of the verbal kind.

The guy makes a big deal about the birth mark, saying that "they wouldn't add it in just for the interview." Yet it never seems to cross his mind that maybe they edited facial flaws out of the official SpaceObs photo. Gasp. Never mind that he doesn't even take the drastically different lighting conditions into consideration.

Freckles? He says he can't see freckles in the photo, then he points to a shadow.

Cockeyed? Elenin is looking to his left in the pertinent interview segment. You can't rightly declare him cockeyed on the basis of that single frame. Moreover, the woo artist then pulls the same smoke-and-mirrors tactic by comparing the brightly-lit interview to another shadow.

You're unlikely to find many photos of Leonid Elenin, because he was never a public figure until he discovered a comet, and people ironically started claiming he doesn't exist. Elenin has done his best to address these unfounded rumors, going as far as granting a television interview, and even that has turned into a giant conspiracy.

What a stupid, stupid video by yet another raving YouTube fool. Oh, and look, comments are disabled. Surprise.

The original interview came from RT news.There are at least two videos out there like the one I posted doing the comparison thing.To me the video and the picture do look like two different people.It would just be easier to debunk this Leonid Elenin is not real nonsense if there was more to work with.

The video and the still picture look like the same person to me. In the still picture, the sun is in his face so his eyes are half closed.
