First and foremost, please do not lecture me about using this sort of thing. I'm not quite sure if anyone on here has heard about the new fad 'Spice/K-2/JWH-018' but if you have, good, maybe you'll know where I'm coming from after reading this. To begin, 'Spice' is supposedly a legal alternative of that 'little illegal green substance' although recently state governments have been putting bans on some of the substances contained in Spice, therefore making it illegal. It is illegal in my state, but there are forms of 'Spice' out there that do not contain the banned substances (I couldn't tell you what they were for the life of me). To purchase it, you must be 18*. I don't know how many people have actually done that 'little illegal green substance' (I feel more comfortable saying that, rather than bluntly saying it, for the tiny human eyes) but if you have, I'm sure you realize the effects of it, not that bad, nothing super insane. Anyways.. on to my story..
Last night I was hanging out with my boyfriend and his best friend, and they bought spice the night before. They wanted me to try it, since it wasn't illegal, and I didn't think it would be anything serious, I did. I did a bit of research before doing so. I read that it's best to only take about 2 hits within the first ten minutes, because it's 100x more potent than the real stuff. With that said, I only took 2 hits. My boyfriend and his best friend took about 5 within the first ten minutes.. very close together. It took about five minutes for me to actually start feeling it, my boyfriend said he started feeling it right after he put the 'Spice' down. It made everyone a bit giggly, like the real stuff does. After about 10 minutes, my boyfriend stood up and told me he didn't feel well. He was leaning against the wall, and said that his left side was going numb and he couldn't feel it. After saying that, it wasn't even a minute later he kind of collapsed on me. My boyfriend is close to 6ft, I'm only 4'11, so it was quite tough trying to hold him up. He laid he head on my arm, and started drooling on me. At this point, although I was 'soaring through the clouds' I started freaking out realizing something was going wrong. I had to sit my boyfriend down on his futon, and he started sweating extremely profusely. My boyfriend is quite 'tough' when it comes to going to the doctor, and can hold his own pretty well, but he was to the point he wanted me to get his parents.. I started freaking out because to MY parents, I'm pretty much the golden child so to speak, I take every ounce of trust they give me very seriously. The last thing I wanted was for my parents to be disappointed in me, although it is technically 'legal'. We didn't get his parents because he ended up being okay after a while of sitting down and me shoving water down his throat. My boyfriend's best friend was apparently perfectly fine, he just wanted the whole experience to be over, but had none of the effects my boyfriend did. My boyfriend said he was have audio hallucination, as well as visual. After about of an hour long freak out, we all decided to just go to bed and try sleeping it off. That would've been the plan, had it not felt like we had to control our breathing. Me only taking 2 hits of this.. lab rat substance, I even felt like I had to remember to breathe. I also felt as though my throat was closing. It started wearing itself down after about 2 hours, we all still felt extremely loopy, but we were more in control of everything around us.. I woke up about 5 hours ago, and I still feel a bit retarded, mostly 'bubbly' but I'm all right.
I may have offended people with this, I know people can be a bit touchy when it comes to drug use, and for that I'm sorry. For those of you who have teenagers, I want you all to be aware of this 'drug'. You can purchase it at mainly head shops, but sometimes at other tobacco stores. IT IS VERY EASY TO OBTAIN. This is NOT like MJ, I couldn't even tell you what this compared to. For those of you who have used it, and haven't had a bad experience, be happy. There have been plenty of news articles and reports about 'Spice', some people even killing themselves while on the drug. I'm not saying this to scare anyone, but had I had two more hits, I probably could've done something extremely stupid.. I don't want anyone to go through what we did last night. I never want to live that sort of scenario ever again. Please, just be on the look out. I may be a stupid teenager, but no one needs to get hurt because of something this stupid. Also, where my boyfriend bought it, they did not ID him, and my boyfriend does not look 18 -_-
