I have a question for everyone here on 2012hoax.org. For years now, I have been reading about shelters being made in preparation for something catastrophic that could happen be it from a nuclear war to some type or Armageddon(sp) like event. While I believe the government has shelters as well as many other people around the globe, I am just curious who would actually want to live in one for the rest of their life? Let's say, for instance, that tomorrow big asteroids were predicted to wipe out the civilization. People flocked to their shelters and took cover and survived (all hypothetically(sp) speaking, of course). When they emerged from said shelters, how could they want to live the rest of their lives in the aftermath of something so big? Most, if not all, of their relatives and friends would be gone. The world would be completely different. The sun would be blocked out in clouds of dust. The temps would be unstable. You would have to live in said shelter for years until it was safe to even come out (if ever in your lifetime). I guess I am just curious why, even if a shelter could save your life, you would want to do it? To be honest, I would rather die.
Edit: The reason for this topic is to make it known that even if NASA could potentially hide something, why would they? Even if they had shelters, they would have absolutely nothing left to live for.
