It's briefly discussed in this thread. The only further 'breaking down' would be that there would appear to be an even lower amount of maximum activity the next peak period (around 2013) than first thought.

I don't really see how it can be something to worry about, the more we learn the the more we know and this is a new thing to investigate further.

One thing's for certain, whichever way solar activity goes, the whackos will see it as disastrous. In their minds, if it moves upwards towards the regular, expected peak, we'll be fried by flares, and if it doesn't move towards the regular peak, we'll be frozen in a global ice age. There is no such state as normality for whackos.

Today when I went home I saw a snail crawling where I never saw one before!
That is a clear sign. The Mayans already predicted that I would see a snail when I go home! ROFL
