I have not bought into anything but at least what I do keep track of is actually happening in the world and is confirmed and in the news everyday. The bottom line is that I am not selling anything to anyone but your website proposes that everything is fine and nothing is going to get worse. You and your website could not be more wrong. You are a idiot and do not email me ever again.

Levi, I'm pretty darn sure that you contacted us. I'm also pretty darn sure that I asked you in multiple messages to stop e-mailing me and post in our open forum if you wanted to debate, yet you've continued sending me unwanted message after message.

Well, here's your thread, Levi, since you never saw fit to start it yourself. Feel free to go down the list of articles to your left and explain in as much detail as you'd like how we are wrong and you are right. Just be prepared to defend yourself with a bit more than assertions. Three, two, one, go….

Oh geez. Whats funny about this is he completely misunderstands everything, and then goes on to rant about it. The only reason things get worse, is because of people like Levi here, not because of a Maya prophecy (or lack thereof). The news is probably one of the worst arguments ever. Everyone knows that bad out-sells the good. Its the same reason why you can't help but stare at an accident while you're driving by it. You don't stare at a car parked off to the side, do you? Nope.

So here we have a case where someone is claiming that things are getting worse, without actually realizing why everything appears so bad right now. It is because of people like Levi here, who only see the bad in the world, and then exaggerates it to everyone else.

So Levi, you have a decision to make — You can either contribute to the problems you see, or help prevent them by taking time to see that things could be a hell of a lot worse.

What you see quoted above is only the latest in a string of increasingly angry messages from this character, which started with the site contact form and ballooned into a e-mail exchange despite my attempts to get him into the forum. Over the course of several replies, he trotted out the laundry list of usual claims — earthquakes and volcanoes are on the rise, weather is out of control, solar flares are going to wipe us out, the poles are reversing, along with the classic vagueness of "something is going on" even though defining it seems beyond anyone's abilities. In addition, he repeatedly asserted that his claims are supported by scientists and media outlets, but could never identify them.

I seriously doubt he will post here, having concluded that I am an idiot, but I've offered him no shortage of opportunities to make his case.

Weather has been great here. Despite weather.com showing "severe thunderstorms with tornados possible" nearly everyday, it always seems to end up being sunny. There is a point there.

Highlighting the shortcomings of specific pro-doomsday arguments is nearly always a useful tool to convince visitors to this site of the emptiness of the various claims. If you think it will add to what we have, by all means go ahead and post it.

I agree with you James , since I gave lessons here about Media Sensation , and how the world is right now I know what im talking about , I guess levi will just listen to the media , yeh the media think the maya predicted something , lol but they did not , anyways I just hope she stops coming here SPAMMING and goes back to what should we call this hmmm… MediaLand or What i call MisleadLand
