i heard that resources where going down rapidly from different sites
is it really true?
Care to be a little more specific?
The great thing about science is, it's true whether you believe in it or not.
My guess is either Oil (peak oil), gold/silver or food. Or are you taking about other resources vita-D? If so, which are talking about. As Gary said, please be just a bit more specific when asking questions. As ageneral answer to your question; yes, we are running out of several resources that are important to us as a species.
The biggest concern is Peak oil and the shortages of food in some parts of the world. And they are actual problems that we are innevitably going to have to deal with. Well, hopefully food shortages could be avoided some how, but Peak oil is going to happen, and by the looks of it now perhaps in a not so distant future. There is however no magical doomsday behind all of this, rather both are the direct effect of over population and consumption societes. I for one actually think that Peak oil could be a good incentive to invent alternative energy sources, but hopefully that will be done before we reach Peak oil.

like the resources that are important to us, food, water and the essentials to humans.
if it is when can you expect it to happen?
Many underdeveloped countries are experiencing this shortage of resources now, so it's happening already (and has been for quite a few years by now). But I guess your question is more based on the situation in the more developed countries (like the US), right? I don't think that there are any valid estimations as to when these resources may "run out", but I guess it will be hard to rely on food imports as soon as 2050-2060 (thanks to overpopulation). That is just an uneducated guess though=) Never the less, nothing of this is worth losing any sleep over. Since no one can say for sure that our generation even is going to experience these things it's just needless worry.

so we dont have to worry about it withing the next 20 years?
When we run out of any resource, like oil, it is replaced by other resource, renewable ones. Why do you think they are building wind and solar power plants, instead of coal/oil plants? Because the wind and the sun are renewable resources.
Within the next 20 years, this is what's going to happen: new resources will appear. The non-renewable resources will virtually disappear.
The non-renewable resources will virtually disappear.
Not within 20 years they won't. Venezuela alone has an estimated 270odd years worth of oil reserves - just one country and one method of fuel.
Food and freshwater is a little tricker to work out, if that's the issue, but then if the question is 'worth worrying about within 20 years', the answer would still be 'nope'.
Hey it's lakin marie here i'm locked outta my wiki so i have to go back to here I would send the reminder but im locked out of my email so yea…anyhow glad i read this i was about to ask about this ,because my cousin said about this being the begnning of "the great famine" Honestly it creeped me out a bit .but I used logic to avoid that attack. I believe the media is just starting to show this stuff more even though it's been going on for a long time so a lot of people are worrying right now about it. You shouldn't worry about it it most likely will not affect us if anything maybe well finally go green =]
