OKAY KIDS. MAYBE THIS WILL HELP RE: 2012

Summary:

1) How many people have predicted end world?? How many been right??? 2) If 2012 is the end well then. So be it. Everybody has got to die eventually. Just keep doing what your doing and on 12/21/12 it does end. Well it won't much matter, will it??

Children have a tough time wrapping their head around the fact that death is natural- but as indicated there is zero evidence for 2012- until something credible is brought up why worry? It will only hurt you in the long run.

Anyways who came up with this stuff- kooks- the mayans were actually educated enough as to not claim a doomsday, even if it was 1500 years ago.

Do you really think that is going to help kids with their fear? Well, you are mistaken. What helps is knowing that this 2012 stuff is all nonsense. If you want to help kids it's not going to be by telling them they are going to die someday anyway.

True. Telling children this will only make the problem worse, because as a child, you look forward to having your whole life ahead of you. The idea that it could be cut short is terrifying no matter what kind of cockamamie rationalization adults try to come up with.
