Don't expect it to go away forever, just from a brief visit here. You have to realize that you control what you listen to and watch, and therefore you control what you have anxiety about.

Don't patronize the sites that are in the business of scaring people.

same here, when I see a video, or search something about it in my language, the anxiety comes back.
just an hour ago, I was crying about everything :/

I second Astrogeek's post. You will still have some periods of anxiety, but they should become less often the more you learn about the scientific impossibility of the hoaxers' claims. Just don't go looking for this nonsense. There isn't a word of truth to any of it and it will only scare you.
