Couple of site tweaks

I've made a couple of minor tweaks to the forum headers.

Well, maybe not so minor. I've added a banner across the Forum Categories page, and at the top of each category, and at the top of the 'New Thread' page, which says:

Please read the Forum Posting Rules before posting.

It's stupid big now. Really, if I make it any bigger, it will be bigger than the title of the site.

So, please, take the hint, before you post here, READ THE FREAKING RULES!!!!

When I go to a new site, I don't go looking for rules to read, but if that headline slammed me in the face, I would. I think people are more attracted to movement, so marching ants might be a good idea.

The banner is so big now that I had to read the Rules again.
You should check on the visitor stats to see if the visits to the 'Forum Posting Rules' page has increased. Perhaps the drastic measure you took just works better than locking threads.

They are not available for us. I think they are available only for the master administrator.

I'm not surprised. The number of questions on Yahoo! Answers about doomsday in 2012 has more than doubled. Some of the kids seem to have expected something to happen on 1/1/2012, so maybe we can tick off another failed doomsday date.

Looking at the maps, with large areas of the world showing white, is this just because of lack of internet connections in those areas, or is it also a lack of concern about 2012 everywhere except north america, uk, india and australia?

In Africa there is almost no Internet, which means if you ask an african which calendar ends on 21st December 2012 he will keep silent and go away. However, I don't understand why Russia, Brazil, China, Japan, Mexico and part of Europe are showing white too. Also, I am in Brazil, why is it showing white too?
