Just my personal view of reality and what is happening, nothing more and nothing less.
So he says that he has no facts.
Amazing how these loons dance around trying to defend their "character", but never try to defend their bad science.
A similar threat of legal action came from Earthplay in January. Someone in a chat room posted the URL to 2012hoax.org/earthplay. This always infuriates him, and he usually goes off on a rant about how he is being "misquoted". On this occasion however, he responded (quote):
"I'm not gonna contribute to this room if you're gonna allow someone to come in here and slander me, and put up slanderous links about me, you have about one minute to decide […] the guy is posting slanderous libellous links about me, but don't worry I am actually working on that, and making some progress, we'll just have to wait and see […] I'm getting fed up with it, I've actually taken legal recourse here, but these things you know they take time to develop."
Nearly 6 months have passed since then - can I assume that you have not received any legal communications from him? I probably should have told you about this at the time, but as you know, the guy is such a liar I didn't take the threat seriously.
However, I really do not appreciate someone blacking my name and reputation. I have contact my lawyers and they will be in contact with FBI http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
I am wondering why he brings up the FBI and why he provides a link?
Telling that his lawyers would contact you would be enough.
And when there is a real trial, then that would backfire against him even if he wins.
Because it would explode all over the internet into sceptics blogs and into wikipedia world wide.
And finally it would explode into Youtube clips debunking him.
His followers would start to ask questions if his claims are really possible, and thus losing followers.
Laying low and hoping that it will all pass would be his best strategy.
Wow! I never even HEARD of this guy or his forums! Sounds like a real loon. Well, in the 2012 Doomsday Universe, he is in good company, maybe slightly Above Average. Is there a "Lunacy Scale"? Psychologists must have come up with something. Bet I register on the scale as a 2 out of 10. Of course, if I was making the scale, anyone that smokes a cigarette or eats a Krispy Kreme donut gets at least a 1. «eating a dozen plain and chocolate covered KK's»
With this guy, his forum and followers, I am reminded just how basically irrational some people are. He predicts, fails, time and again, yet they keep coming back. I wish they had a better hobby. Slingo or Angry Birds…

FYI I just noticed that Andov now has another website in addition to his already existing one. Without wishing to send him web traffic with a direct link, it's called "Paneandov2012.com."
