Hey Everyone, my first post here on the forums. With this 2012 thing, I'm a little worried it seems to always be at the back of my head and as it comes closer it keep popping up. Something isn't just sitting right with me.

Could any of you just help reassure me about the world isn't ending.

The thing is I can't put my finger on what is worrying me. I've read the articles but, the stuff just keeps jumping into my head.

Has this happened to anyone else? Normally I'm very rational; I love science and don't think it's wrong it is just stuck in the back of my head.

So you don't know what you're actually worried about, you just feel like there's something to be scared of, correct? This is pretty normal, I think most people don't really know what's bothering them about it, just the fact that people keep talking about it is enough to feel like something wrong..which is not the case.

yea, I understand that exactly. I hope someone can help explain (thanks vwgreen). I just keep picturing myself waking up that day, playing xbox, and going to Football Weightlifting, just like On May 21st.

Exodus, most likely you have something going on in your life that is giving you a little anxiety. It could be something that has to do with money, a relationship, work, or any number of things. I am dealing with some things right now, having to make plans for the future, dealing with extended family issues, and other stuff. Every so often I get this feeling something is not right, as if I am forgetting something. Or that something is going to happen because and I should know what it is. Bascially I have a bit of anxiety because I have a lot I am responsible for. No big deal. That is life. It is a big deal when it begins to consume you however. That is when you need professional help. so as long as it is simply a nagging little thing, and nothing more, no worries mate.
